We work at the intersection of business, technology, data, and customer experience, creating digital products that deliver tangible value for our customers, dealers, markets, and internal stakeholders.\nWithin the organization, you will be part of the Digital Services & Service Contracts digital product team and report to the Director of the function.\nAbout the Role\nAs Digital Product Manager Digital Services, you will own the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Volvo Trucks commercial capabilities around Digital Services.\nWorking closely with business leaders, users, architects, and development teams, you will identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and ensure our digital products create value for customers, sales organizations, and the business.\nYou will be a key driver of digital transformation, helping Volvo Trucks strengthen customer relationships and improve commercial performance through modern digital capabilities.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nSet the Direction\nDefine and drive the digital products vision, strategy, and roadmap for the commercial solutions serving Digital services.\nIdentify opportunities that improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and business performance.\nDrive product prioritization based on business value, customer needs, data and measurable outcomes.\nDeliver Measurable Business Value\nMeasure and realize product value through outcomes and OKRs.\nUse data insights, analytics, and feedback to guide product decisions.\nEnsure digital products deliver exceptional user experiences and tangible business benefits.\nLead Through Collaboration\nPartner with Service owners, price management, Sales, solution specialists, Digital teams and external partners.\nBuild strong relationships, create engagement and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across business and technology stakeholders.\nWhat Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months\nThe portfolio is in a transformation mode with several upgrades ongoing. A clear product strategy and roadmap have been established and aligned with business priorities to secure a successful deployment and roll-out of the next generation of solutions.\nExplore and leverage new opportunities through data, innovation, and AI technologies.\nStakeholders across Service Management and Digital teams are engaged and working toward shared goals.\nKey Digital Services’ initiatives are successfully delivered with measurable business impact.\nProduct decisions are driven by customer insights, data, and outcome metrics.\nSolution adoption and business confidence in the product continue to grow.\nSAP BRIM capabilities are leveraged more effectively to support customer engagement and commercial excellence.\nWho You Are\nYou are a strategic thinker with a strong customer mindset and a passion for turning business ambitions into digital solutions.\nYou thrive in environments where you can influence, collaborate, and lead transformation. You like getting things done and delivering value fast. You are equally comfortable discussing Services sales strategies with business leaders as you are working closely with development teams to define priorities and outcomes in digital products.\nWe Believe You Bring\nProven experience in Digital Product Management or a similar leadership role.\nStrong Knowledge of subscription-based services and order-to-cash processes and lifecycle management.\nStrong knowledge and experience from agile product development and modern product management practices.\nExperience from Agentic AI Development and/or AI Harness Engineering. \nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders at different levels.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical mindset with experience using data to support decision-making.\nExperience working with OKRs and value-based product management\nExperience and good knowledge about ERP systems, preferably in the services sales area.
