Powertrain Industrial Organization’s goal is to contribute to your development, as well as providing an opportunity to work in a business environment within the manufacturing industry.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDrive lean methodology\nData Analysis and Quality Improvement\nData analysis focus on standards and repeatability\nQuality and production process review and improvements\nHelp facilitate continuous improvement and identify opportunities on your own to implement\nParticipate in project planning, implementation and improvements\nWorks with the production teams to reduce non-value add activities\nAssist in follow-up, reports and flow charts. \nParticipate in functional meetings.\nData visualization using advanced tools like Microsoft Power BI\nAssisting in business case development\nHelp the business to reduce waste and increase efficiency\nInternship Education and Program Requirements:\nApplicant must be currently enrolled and pursuing a Business-Related Degree. For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $17.00 - $46.00. The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study.
