If the answer is yes, please read more to learn about this exciting opportunity within our Technical Training Support department.\nWe are excited to announce that we are hiring an Intern Video Editor and Training Content Developer at our Greensboro location. This role will work directly with the Technical Training Support team to develop a library of software, application, and business tool training videos. The successful candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts to transform technical demonstrations and discussions into professional, on-demand learning resources that support onboarding, employee development, and knowledge retention.\nCore Responsibilities:\nConduct interviews and information-gathering sessions with subject matter experts\nCapture, edit, and publish software demonstration and training videos\nDevelop video scripts, outlines, and supporting training materials\nCoordinate review cycles and incorporate feedback from stakeholders\nCreate visual graphics, callouts, and other supporting media to enhance learning effectiveness\nAssist with documenting software processes and tool functionality\nCritical Competencies:\nStrong note-taking and information-gathering skills\nAbility to quickly learn and understand technical concepts\nAbility to convert technical information into clear and engaging training content\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent attention to detail and content organization\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines\nSelf-motivated and capable of working independently\nProfessionalism and relationship-building skills\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilities\nAdaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies\nIntern Education and Program Requirements:\nMust be pursuing a bachelor’s degree and have completed 30 semester hours before starting the internship\nProficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro for video recording, editing, and publishingPortfolio, demo reel, or examples of video editing work must be submitted with application\n\nExperience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)\nStrong written communication and technical writing skills\nAbility to independently develop content from interviews, demonstrations, and technical discussions\nSpring interns may work up to 30 hours per week\nMust be in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.\nAt the Volvo Group, we strive for a clear, transparent, and straightforward compensation approach, motivating you to contribute to the company’s growth.
