As part of our team, you will help deliver reliable solutions that support Volvo's global operations while growing your technical and problem-solving skills.\nWho are you?\n6+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, with a portfolio of implementations\nExperience in Copilot Studio development\nDemonstrated ability to implement security best practices across the Power Platform, including secure authentication, role-based access, DLP policies, and secure handling of secrets and credentials.\nknowledge of the broader Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services.\nexperience with application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, APIs, and data modeling.\nPractical knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes, particularly Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management.\nExperience in Application Support - troubleshooting issues, root cause analysis, incident resolution and collaboration with technical and business teams.\nAbility to work in a production environment - prioritizing incidents and requests, communicating effectively with users and stakeholders, and ensuring application stability and continuity.\nGood communication skills, fluent in English \nMicrosoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable\nGood To Have:\nExperience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nGood prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple incidents, requests and competing priorities effectively.\nProactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to take ownership, support colleagues and continuously improve support processes.\nKey responsibilities:\nArchitect, design, and deliver robust solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio), ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. \nLead the integration of Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (Dynamics 365, M365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and third-party systems via APIs and custom connectors. \nMaintain and develop existing Copilot Studio solution\nBeing part of development team and co-creating modern products\nManaging support cases: contact end users, resolving tickets, working with priorities and root cause analysis\nStay abreast of emerging Power Platform features, Microsoft ecosystem advancements, and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation. \nQualification : Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nReady for the next move?\nAre you excited to bring your skills and disruptive ideas to the table?
