Jij helpt om leren voor onze collega’s vlotter, slimmer en aantrekkelijker te maken.\nJe taken omvatten onder andere:\nhet mee organiseren en opvolgen van dagelijkse opleidingen, workshops en events\n\nhet voorbereiden en ondersteunen van stages voor internationale studenten\n\nhet omzetten van informatie naar duidelijke, digitale content\n\nhet mee uitbouwen en verbeteren van onze Volvo-omgeving met Microsoft-tools\n\nhet samenwerken met trainers om leerdoelen, werkvormen en trainingsplannen te verfijnen\n\nAfhankelijk van jouw interesses kan je ook bijdragen aan analyses en verbeterprojecten om onze (technische) opleidingen nog praktischer en motiverender te maken.\nJouw toekomstige team\nJe komt terecht in een Learning & Development-team dat nauw samenwerkt met trainers, technische experts en HR-collega’s.
