If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.\nWhat you will do\nDuties and Responsibilities\nFull-Cycle Recruiting and Delivery\nManage assigned searches from intake through selection and offer coordination, establishing clear hiring requirements, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies that attract qualified, diverse talent using internal and external channels.\nScreen and assess candidates against role requirements; guide structured interviews, selection discussions, and hiring decisions.\nMaintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams to create an inclusive, transparent, and high-quality experience.\nTalent Pipeline Development and Cross-Functional Partnership\nResearch, identify, engage, assess, and cultivate external talent aligned with strategic and recurring workforce needs.\nBuild and maintain pipelines for priority skill areas, emerging capabilities, and hard-to-fill roles.\nPartner with hiring leaders, People & Culture Business Partners, Talent Intelligence, Early Careers, and other Talent Acquisition colleagues to connect near-term hiring with longer-term talent needs.\nSupport internal mobility by identifying qualified internal talent and ensuring consistent consideration of internal candidates.\nMarket Intelligence, Research, and Analytics\nMonitor relevant labor-market, industry, competitor, skill, and location trends that may affect talent availability.\nTranslate market insights and recruiting data into practical recommendations on search strategy, talent pools, candidate expectations, and hiring approach.\nUse recruiting metrics and funnel data to identify risks, communicate progress, and adjust strategies with the hiring team.\nOperational Excellence, Efficiency, and Compliance\nMaintain accurate and timely information in applicant tracking and related talent systems.\nFollow established sourcing, recruiting, assessment, selection, and recordkeeping standards.\nEnsure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, and Talent Acquisition procedures.\nContribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and consistent ways of working across the Talent Acquisition team.\nWho are you?\n Qualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\n2-5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, or a closely related field.\nExperience supporting multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.\nExperience conducting candidate outreach, screening, and interview coordination or facilitation.\nWorking knowledge of applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools.\nWorking knowledge of fair and consistent selection practices and applicable employment requirements.\nPreferred\nExperience recruiting in a corporate, manufacturing, engineering, technology, or similarly complex organization.\nExperience using market research, talent mapping, sourcing analytics, or recruiting funnel data to inform hiring strategy.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing methods, candidate assessment, and selection practices.\nStrong relationship-building and consultative communication skills with candidates, hiring leaders, and cross-functional partners.\nAbility to organize multiple searches, manage competing priorities, and maintain follow-through.\nAbility to use market information and recruiting data to identify risks and recommend practical actions.\nSound judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-based Talent Acquisition model.\nAdaptability, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and talent acquisition technology.\nKey Competencies\nAccountability and Results Orientation\nCustomer Focus\nCollaboration and Influence\nContinuous Improvement\nBusiness Acumen\nAdaptability and Learning Agility\nInclusion and Candidate Care\nReady for the next move?\nWorking Conditions\nPrimary work location: Greensboro, North Carolina.\nWork environment: Professional office environment with regular use of virtual collaboration and recruiting technologies.\nTravel requirement: Limited travel may be required based on business, recruiting, or event needs.\nWork schedule: Standard full-time schedule with flexibility to support candidates and business stakeholders, as needed.\nPhysical requirements: Ability to perform the essential duties of an office-based role, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nAt the Volvo Group, we strive for a clear, transparent, and straightforward compensation approach, motivating you to contribute to the company’s growth. For this position, the base pay is set at $72,600 - $89,700 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
