This position will be based at Bangalore and will report to the Tax Manager\nOpportunity description:\nPreparation, review and filing of all returns - GSTR1 , 3B , 6 and ITC-04 Job Work, STPI working & filing\nAnnual Filing - GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C\nReview, follow-up and reconciliations of IMS and GSTR2B\nTax Refunds: Managing GST (Exports, IDS) and Customs refund, including preparation, submission and follow-up.\nNotices & Appeals: Review and preparation of responses to Customs & GST notices, SCNs and appeals, including attending Personal Hearings up to OIO level.\nChallans: GST Monthly Payment (all states) for RCM and regular if any & TDS including salary along with utilization.\nMonthly / Quarterly / Annual Schedule Preparation: TDS and Balance with Government Authorities GST and refunds reconciliations & schedules.\nExport Incentives: Generation of Duty Drawback and RoDTEP incentives/scrips, coordination with CHA for Utilization and tracking of unutilized credits.\nSupporting all Audits: Tax audit, Stat audit, GST department audit\nCustoms: Support in Special valuation branch (SVB), Premises based audit (PBA), Authorized economic operator (AEO)\nTax GL reconciliations on Blackline\nYearly renewals of licenses and activities.IEC renewal has be to be done whether if any changes is there or not before 30th June.\nSales invoice no series for all the feeder systems\nNon-STP Payment before filing of April month return\n\nMindset and Competence:\nYou are a BCOM / MCOM with at least 10-12 years of work experience in Taxation and finance function preferably in a Multinational organization. \nYou have firsthand experience in leading above mentioned processes in tax, finance and accounting function with in-depth knowledge of all areas of finance incl tax accounting, compliance and audit.\nYou have good understanding of business operations preferably from related industry/ manufacturing industry.\nYou have demonstrated a growth and learning mindset in yourself\nWe value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.\nWho we are and what we believe in\nWe are committed to shaping the future landscape of efficient, safe, and sustainable transport solutions.
