Performs all functions related to the receipt and storage of factory sourced parts, accessories, and related material.\nWarehouse Clerk Core Responsibilities:\nSafeguard organizational and personal information confidentiality\nRespect and follow the company's business orientation, policies, rules and values\nContribute to the attainment of company objectives through efficient use of resources\nFoster teamwork and improved communication between sectors\nDevelop professional and technical skills\nAct as a worthy representative of Prévost at all times.\nWarehouse Clerk Responsibilities:\nReceives incoming orders, checks for damaged or missing components of shipments and processes claims timely\nReceives, documents, and stores inbound shipments in a timely and efficient manner\nPuts parts into correct inventory location. Retrieves back-ordered items form inbound shipments\nIdentifies back-order customers and processes to back-order by packaging, invoicing and shipping\nProcesses customer orders that are part of incoming stock orders and advise appropriate parts specialist\nAssists with inventory administration\nMonitors and adjusts inventory levels as necessary, and performs cycle counts to maintain accuracy\nMaintains work area and environment clean and ordered\nEnsures forklift is in good operating order\nVarious other tasks as assigned\nWarehouse Clerk Minimum Education Required:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nCertified forklift operator\nWarehouse Clerk Minimum Years of Experience Required:\n2 years of relevant work-related experience\nWarehouse Physical Requirements:\nAble to lift 51lbs\nAble to stand for long periods of time\nAble to be mobile through the warehouse and facility\nAble to tolerate extreme local temperatures\nAt the Volvo Group, we strive for a clear, transparent, and straightforward compensation approach, motivating you to contribute to the company’s growth. For this position, the base pay is set at $24.55 - $30.32/ hour, and where applicable, bonus eligible.
