You'll work closely with technicians, customer representatives and Volvo support teams to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support the night shift workshop team.\nPerform servicing, diagnostics and repairs on heavy vehicles.\nAllocate work and coordinate workshop priorities.\nEnsure maintenance is completed safely and on time.\nSupport technicians with complex fault diagnosis.\nMinimise vehicle downtime and maximise fleet availability.\nAct as the key overnight contact for Veolia operations.\nMonitor workshop productivity, quality and performance.\nMaintain accurate repair documentation and records.\nPromote a strong safety-first culture and workplace standards.\nWho are you?\nYou may be an experienced Heavy Vehicle Technician, Leading Hand or Workshop Supervisor looking for your next challenge. You enjoy leading from the front, solving problems, developing others and taking ownership of outcomes.
