Our output changes the communications game. \nWhy this role matters \nReporting to the Head of Vonage Contact Center, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how businesses connect with their customers across every digital and voice channel. Channel Management is at the heart of the Vonage Contact Centre platform - enabling administrators to configure, register, and manage the full suite of communication channels that power customer interactions. \nYour work will directly determine how easily our customers set up and run WhatsApp, webchat, email, SMS, RCS, voice, and more. By owning the provisioning flows, registration processes, and CPaaS account management capabilities, you will ensure that Vonage remains the easiest and most powerful platform for omnichannel customer engagement. \nPotential Next Career Move: Senior Product Manager. \nYour key responsibilities \nChannel Configuration & Administration \nOwn the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for channel setup and management within the Vonage Contact Centre platform. \nDrive the development of intuitive provisioning flows for digital channels including WhatsApp, webchat, and email setup frameworks. \nDefine and improve the administrator experience for channel binding, configuration, and lifecycle management. \nMessaging Channel Registrations \nOwn the product roadmap for messaging compliance and registration capabilities, including 10DLC registration, toll-free number registration, and RCS registration for VCC. \nPartner with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to ensure our registration processes meet carrier and regulatory requirements across markets. \nMonitor evolving messaging standards and proactively drive platform updates to keep Vonage compliant and competitive. \nVoice & Number Management \nDefine and deliver capabilities for voice number porting, purchasing, and setup - ensuring customers can manage their number estate seamlessly within the platform. \nOwn the product experience for API route setup, enabling advanced call routing configurations for enterprise customers. \nMarket Research & Customer Engagement \nMonitor industry trends and competitor offerings to keep our channel management capabilities competitive and forward-thinking. \nBalance new feature development with maintaining a seamless experience for existing users. \nProduct Strategy & Roadmap \nDefine the strategic direction for channel management experiences, aligning with overall business goals and the Vonage Contact Center vision. \nGather and prioritize requirements from cross-functional teams, ensuring technical feasibility and market demand are both met. \nCollaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure delivery excellence. \nMarket Research and Customer Engagement \nWork closely with internal stakeholders, channel partners, and customers to understand evolving needs across channel setup and management. \nMonitor industry trends and competitor offerings to keep our channel management capabilities competitive and forward-thinking. \nBalance new feature development with maintaining a seamless experience for existing users. \nWhat you'll bring \nA strong drive to learn, grow, and tackle challenging domains within product management. \nAt least 4 years of experience in product management. \nFamiliarity with digital messaging channels and their configuration or provisioning requirements (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, webchat). \nUnderstanding of messaging compliance frameworks such as 10DLC and toll-free verification. \nExperience with voice communication products, including number management, porting, and routing. \nProven ability to balance the needs of existing users with opportunities for innovation. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset. \nFluency in English. \nDomain expertise in CCaaS is a benefit. \nExperience working with CPaaS platforms or API-driven communication products is a plus. \nThe position can be carried out remotely from anywhere in Poland; however, living close to Wrocław is a plus. \nHow you'll benefit \nUnlimited Discretionary Time Off. \nPrivate Medical Insurance with the option to add dependents at your own cost. \nMultisport Gym Membership. \nEducational Assistance Reimbursement Program. \nPolish Language Classes for non-native speakers. \nLunch and Learn Sessions. \nOpportunity to be reimbursed for conferences, trainings, and other events consistent with the area of work aimed at personal development. \nThree Paid Volunteer Days a Year. \nReimbursement for the costs of prescription glasses. \nMaternity and Paternity Leave. \nThere’s no perfect candidate.
