Think of it as the engine behind Vonage's ability to deliver managed solutions at scale: it powers Connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot, MoEngage, Okta), enables CSP partnerships (Deutsche Telekom, Optus), and supports enterprise customers across retail, healthcare, BFSI, and telco.\nVCR has validated product-market fit and is now at a critical inflection point - transitioning from Beta to General Availability, and a strategic roadmap toward an AI enablement layer. This is a rare opportunity to own a platform product end-to-end: from closing GA readiness gaps and redesigning the pricing model, to defining how AI-powered communication workflows get built on top of Vonage infrastructure.\nYou'll be the dedicated PM for Cloud Runtime - the primary product voice across engineering, sales, and customers - joining a team of 3 PMs (growing to 5) with direct access to leadership and real ownership from day one. sales, and customers.\nYour key responsibilities:\nProduct strategy and roadmap \nOwn the Cloud Runtime vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with company priorities and 2026 OKRs.\nLead the transition from Beta to GA, identifying gaps in product readiness, usability, reliability, and adoption.\nPrioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and technical considerations. \nAI enablement \nDefine the product direction for an AI enablement layer on top of Cloud Runtime.\nExplore how developers and enterprise customers can build AI-powered communication workflows, intelligent solutions, and orchestration capabilities.\nWork with engineering and other stakeholders to turn emerging use cases into a clear product roadmap. \nPricing and commercial development \nLead the evolution from fixed-tier subscriptions towards usage-based pricing suited to a serverless platform.\nWork with engineering and commercial teams on cost models, usage measurement, billing, and packaging.\nBalance customer value, platform economics, and business growth. \nWorking with engineering \nPartner with engineers to translate product goals into clear requirements and delivery priorities.\nDevelop a practical understanding of the platform's capabilities, constraints, and trade-offs, including its cloud and runtime architecture.\nHelp teams resolve blockers, align technical work with product outcomes, and maintain delivery momentum. \nCustomer and developer experience \nEngage with enterprise customers, telecom partners, and internal solution teams to understand their needs and validate product direction.\nImprove developer onboarding, integration, activation, and adoption.\nUse customer feedback and product data to identify opportunities for improvement. \nProduct execution and market positioning \nOwn product requirements, business cases, release readiness, security and privacy coordination, and KPI reporting.\nMonitor market developments across communications platforms and cloud-native serverless products.\nIdentify opportunities to differentiate Cloud Runtime and strengthen its position in the market. \nWhat you'll bring\nRequired:\n5+ years of product management experience in infrastructure, developer platforms, or API products\nStrong understanding of serverless computing and cloud platforms - direct experience with AWS Lambda, Twilio Functions, or similar is a strong advantage\nProven ability to work deeply with engineering teams, not just at feature level - comfortable discussing architectural tradeoffs, scalability, and runtime constraints\nExperience driving developer adoption, activation, or platform onboarding improvements\nFamiliarity with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns\nExperience we consider a plus:\nCPaaS or communications API background (voice, messaging, WhatsApp, SMS)\nExperience with usage-based or consumption pricing models\nMarketplace or partner ecosystem experience\nEngineering or solution architecture background\nExperience with Jira, SQL/Kibana, Confluence\nHow you’ll benefit:\nUnlimited Discretionary Time Off.\nPrivate Medical Insurance with the option to add dependents at your own cost.\nMultisport Gym Membership.\nEducational Assistance Reimbursement Program.\nPolish Language Classes for non-native speakers.\nLunch and Learn Sessions.\nOpportunity to be reimbursed for conferences, trainings, and other events consistent with the area of work aimed at personal development.\nThree Paid Volunteer Days a Year.\nReimbursement for the costs of prescription glasses.\nMaternity and Paternity Leave.\nThere’s no perfect candidate.
