Business Intelligence & Transformation Manager

What would your role be?

Within the Global Client Excellence team, we are connecting business intelligence, market and peer intelligence, business transformation, and business management into a coherent agenda for the global distribution organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff Institutional Clients / Head of Global Client Excellence, you will work closely with Sales Leadership and colleagues across Distribution, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technology. The role requires someone who can understand the broader strategic context of an asset management organization, structure complex business problems, translate them into clear concepts and business requirements, and support senior stakeholders with actionable insights, high-quality materials, and disciplined execution.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

• Ownership of and commitment to continuously improving management information across flows, profitability, pipeline, activities, and sales performance to strengthen transparency and decision-making
• The ability to translate data, market developments, and business performance KPIs into actionable insights, recommendations, and high-quality materials for distribution leadership and senior management
• Experience defining business requirements for BI tools and reporting enhancements, partnering with Technology, Finance, Operations, and Sales to improve usability, data quality, and scalability
• The ability to support business planning, strategic sales reviews, initiative tracking, and executive briefings, ensuring clear follow-up on priorities, actions, and outcomes
• A drive to lead business transformation initiatives that simplify processes, improve collaboration, strengthen operational effectiveness, and support more scalable ways of working across the distribution organization
• The capability to identify and help implement relevant digital and Artificial Intelligence use cases that enhance commercial effectiveness, business management, and client-focused execution
• The credibility to act as a trusted partner to Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technology, connecting business needs with practical solutions and successful delivery
• The confidence to take ownership of cross-functional projects where analytical, commercial, transformation, or business management input is required

Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in asset management, wealth management, banking, consulting, or broader financial services, ideally in commercial strategy, business management, business development, or transformation roles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of asset management distribution, client and product economics, business performance, and key commercial drivers
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative information into actionable insights and high-quality management materials
• Ability to understand the broader strategic context, break down complex business challenges into clear concepts, and translate them into practical business requirements and execution priorities
• Experience supporting change initiatives, process improvements, or cross-functional projects, ideally with exposure to digital transformation or Artificial Intelligence use cases
• Clear and confident communicator, able to articulate recommendations to senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across functions, regions, and levels of seniority
• Curious, proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic, international, and client-focused environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is beneficial
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
