In this role, you'll oversee third-party assessments, challenge risks, and help strengthen Vontobel’s control environment across the entire vendor lifecycle.What would your role be?\nAs a Third Party Risk Management Specialist, you will own the execution and ongoing development of Vontobel's Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes. You will work closely with Business Owners, Procurement, Legal, Compliance and Risk functions and be accountable for ensuring that third-party relationships are assessed, documented and monitored in line with internal requirements and regulatory expectations.\nYour responsibilities include:\nOwning vendor onboarding, due diligence and periodic re-assessment activities from initiation through completion.\nConducting vendor risk assessments, documenting results and ensuring identified risks and actions are appropriately addressed.\nMaintaining the vendor inventory and ensuring the completeness, accuracy and quality of third-party data.\nPlanning, coordinating and completing annual review and continuous monitoring activities.\nProducing reports, presentations and management information on third-party risks, trends and required actions.\nManaging TPRM-related governance, audit and regulatory reporting activities.\nDriving the continuous improvement of TPRM processes, templates and tools.\nEngaging Business Owners and control functions to ensure assessments, reviews and remediation actions are completed accurately and on time.\nManaging audit, regulatory and control-related requests concerning third-party risk management.\nOverseeing TPRM activities throughout the full vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, monitoring, re-assessment and offboarding.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Risk Management or a related field.\nFirst professional experience in Procurement, Risk Management, Compliance, Vendor Management or a similar area.\nInterest in third-party risk management and regulatory topics.\nStructured and detail-oriented working style.\nStrong organisational and coordination skills.\nAbility to collaborate with stakeholders across different functions.\nGood analytical skills and willingness to learn.\nExcellent command of English; German is an advantage.\nAffinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.\nWhat do we offer?\nTop Zurich location with collaboration spaces and free lunch.\nFriendly, diverse team in an open-office space.\nAll the latest technology to help you excel and advance.\nAgile environment in how we think, the way we work and our trust for each other.\nFlat hierarchy with collaboration at all levels.\nCampus feeling and a collaborative spirit.\nWe are looking for talented people, not just a CV that ticks all the boxes.
