In this role, you'll own the intersection of IT operations, cybersecurity and AI platform administration, reporting directly to the IT Manager.\nIT & SaaS Administration\nAdminister the core SaaS stack - Okta (SSO, SCIM, lifecycle, policies), Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, GitHub Enterprise Cloud and 100+ applications across multiple legal entities\n\nOwn the MDM estate (Jamf and Intune) across macOS, iOS and Windows: enrolment, compliance baselines, patching and disk encryption\n\nAct as the L2/L3 escalation point for internal support, handling endpoint, identity and SaaS incidents that L1 cannot resolve\n\nAutomate manual run work through scripting, APIs and AI agents where they genuinely add value\n\nCybersecurity\nDrive the identity hardening roadmap: session lifetimes, adaptive and phishing-resistant MFA, privileged access management and admin role reviews\n\nOwn OAuth and third-party app governance across Google Workspace and Okta: inventory, risk-scoring and approval workflows\n\nControl SaaS data exposure - publicly and externally shared files, orphaned shares - and build the tooling to support it\n\nContribute to the ZTNA rollout, geo-based access controls and detection & response alongside the SOC and SIEM\n\nAI Platform Administration\nAdminister enterprise AI platforms (Claude, Google Gemini & Vertex AI, OpenAI and others): tenants, SSO, licences, usage analytics and budget control\n\nStrengthen the AI governance framework: acceptable-use rules, data classification boundaries, DLP and logging - and detect shadow AI usage\n\nAdminister connectors, MCP servers and agent integrations\n\nProfile\n5+ years of experience in IT administration, infrastructure or IT security in a fast-moving, multi-geography environment\n\nDeep hands-on expertise with IdP administration - Okta strongly preferred - and Google Workspace at enterprise scale\n\nSolid MDM experience across macOS and Windows (Jamf and/or Intune)\n\nDemonstrable cybersecurity practice: IAM hardening, SaaS security posture management, OAuth risk and incident response -
