You will take an innovative approach to gameplay ideas/features and give them their own spin.\nEngage in hands-on coding, creating innovative features played by millions of users\n\nPlan the evolution of the client technology, according to game vision and needs from product, design and art\n\nManage the development cycle with support from teammates, identifying the engineering tasks and processes needed to execute the roadmap\n\nPartner with the General Manager in taking responsibility for technical team structure, recruitment and onboarding\n\nGuarantee the game is being built with high standards and solid coding practices, targeting long-term quality and a high development pace\n\nMonitor product health, working with central teams to always increase product quality, making sure that issues are addressed on time.\n\nDeconstruct, analyze and adapt mobile game mechanics\n\nWork with product leadership on roadmap, rollouts and adoption\n\nProvide technical leadership for the team\n\nWith this role, you will have a strong impact on the company by contributing daily to important decisions with a senior, multidisciplinary team of passionate and talented people working on one of the most successful Voodoo games.
