This team plays a pivotal role at the base of the marketing funnel, transforming our games into compelling visual narratives that capture attention across global platforms.\nWorking across a wide variety of game genres (hypercasual, hybrid, casual) including puzzle, match-3, runner, war games and more, you will:\nUse Unity to modify and iterate on 20+ game projects, adapting gameplay to make it attractive and engaging for advertising campaigns\n\nDesign custom setups (animations, scenes, environments, skins, rebranding, code changes) for creative video production\n\nRecord, edit, and upload gameplay videos for global ad campaigns to be tested\n\nShare modified game builds with the marketing team for testing\n\nAnalyze ad performance and benchmark competitors to improve creative output\n\nThis role is a unique chance to grow your technical skills by prototyping and problem-solving across multiple projects, as well as to develop a sharp marketing perspective on what makes a game successful.\nProfile\nYou have a strong sense of ownership and adaptability\n\nYou have excellent Unity skills\n\nYou are interested in casual games\n\nYou have a creative and hacker mindset\n\nYou have basic notions in 2D/3D graphics design and modeling skills (Photoshop, Blender...), deeper proficiency is a plus\n\nYou have a good level of spoken and written English (French is not required)\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary and other benefits according to the country you reside in.\nFull remote for candidates based abroad, with relocation to Paris subject to discussion.
