This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become.\nRole\nAs a Product Manager for one of our Midcore Studio, you will be at the heart of the game's evolution. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, artists, and product experts to design, test, and refine features that keep our players engaged and entertained.\nDevelop and iterate on game mechanics and features that enhance the core gameplay loop\n\nAnalyze player behavior, game metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement\n\nCollaborate with engineers and artists to bring level designs and features to life\n\nStructure, run, and monitor A/B tests to validate design decisions and optimize player experience\n\nBalance game difficulty curves to ensure appropriate challenge and retention across all levels\n\nStay up-to-date with the hybrid-casual and midcore game market, analyzing competitor games and emerging trends\n\nContribute to the product roadmap and strategic direction\n\nWork iteratively, rapidly prototyping ideas and incorporating feedback from the team and data\n\nProfile\n4+ years of professional experience in game design, product specialist, product Manager, or similar role in the mobile gaming industry\n\nStrong passion for mobile midcore and hybrid-casual games, with a deep understanding of what makes them engaging and successful\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven design decisions\n\nUnderstanding of player psychology and what drives engagement, retention, and satisfaction in midcore games\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design ideas to cross-functional teams\n\nIterative mindset with the ability to rapidly test, learn, and improve designs based on feedback\n\nFluent in English\n\nBonus: Experience with Unity or game development tools, knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, experience shipping successful mobile
