Identify strengths, address weaknesses, and iterate for continuous improvement\n\nCollaborate closely with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure seamless feature rollouts. Maintain clear documentation, resolve technical challenges, and make strategic trade-offs to deliver the best possible player experience\n\nPrioritize development efforts under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality to maximize impact\n\nStay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors, analyzing market innovations, and rapidly adapting best practices\n\nProfile\nPrevious experience as PM, Product Owner, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager in a fast paced environment\n\nDeep passion for F2P mobile games and curiosity about what makes a game engaging and successful\n\nStrong knowledge and genuine interest in AI, including generative AI, machine learning, LLMs, or AI agents\n\nHigh standards.
