You will own customer relationships directly, ensuring every account gets a white-glove experience. Beyond managing relationships, you will help build how Vooma deploys and supports customers at scale: writing playbooks, building automations, and driving strategic projects that make our customers more successful. The best candidates do whatever it takes to drive customer success, are highly gritty, ambitious and are excited about operating at the forefront of AI.\nResponsibilities\nOwn relationships with assigned customers as their primary point of contact, driving adoption, engagement, and satisfaction\n\nSupport the configuration and deployment of Vooma's platform for new and existing accounts\n\nBuild and maintain deployment playbooks and automations that improve consistency across the customer lifecycle\n\nContribute to strategic projects that improve how Vooma deploys and scales customer operations\n\nSurface structured feedback to Product and Engineering\n\nMust haves\n1-2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, customer success, or a customer-facing role.
