You’ll work closely with Nick Pasha-Gubbins (Co-Founder & CTO) on:\nArchitectural decisions for the core Voop platform.\nFeature development across Voop for Care, Voop for Schools, and Voop for Parents.\nFrontend build-out of modern web applications and mobile apps for iOS and Android using React and Kotlin Multiplatform.\nDeployment, optimisation, and real-world testing during pilots and apps, mobile apps, and backend services.\nDesign and implement frontend experiences across web and mobile (React / React Native / Kotlin Multiplatform).\nBuild and optimise backend services (Hono, Postgres, AWS, Kamailio) powering the Voop network.\nWork on systems for mobile network management, device control (MDM), and AI-driven safeguarding tools.\nCollaborate with the CTO and engineering team on architecture, scalability, and security.\nShip fast, iterate quickly, and deliver measurable value to real users.\nEngage with end-users to understand their challenges and ensure our fast-moving, and technology-agnostic, focused on solving the right problems well.\nYou have several years of experience as a senior engineer or technical lead building quality products in lean
