Prior entrepreneurial or founding team experience building and shipping enterprise AI projects is a must; healthcare data/integration domain experience is a strong plus. This is a hands-on technology role, not an oversight seat — you'll be building alongside your team. It comes with sizeable equity, with upside aligned to the company's growth.
