You will drive the development, evolution, and performance of physical and digital products-particularly for our various brands, including SPYPOINT -while putting the customer experience and business value at the heart of every decision.\nAt the intersection of strategy and execution, you will translate the strategic vision of the Product Vice-Presidency into concrete, prioritized, and measurable initiatives. Working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, you will actively contribute to delivering relevant, high-performing solutions aligned with the ambitions of the Consumer & Prosumer segment.\nKey responsibilities:\n1. Product Execution & Roadmap\nBuild, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog;\nIn collaboration with Product Owners and Delivery Directors, define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with: strategic directions, business objectives and capacity constraints;\nTranslate product vision into concrete initiatives, including: features, devices, enhancements, and maintenance / issue management.\n2. Product Lifecycle Management\nOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle (development, launch, continuous improvement, and physical product end-of-life management);\nEnsure consistency between the target experience, product quality, and value delivered to customers;\nMonitor product performance, including adoption, usage, and quality.\n3. Cross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Delivery teams, Product Owners, CX Designers, and Architects to ensure effective prioritization, requirements definition, and technology alignment;\nParticipate in digital and physical delivery governance forums;\nContribute to go-to-market sequencing for product initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team;\nCollaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams.\n4. Product Documentation & Support\nContribute to product documentation for various teams, with a strong focus on Customer Service team needs.\n5.
