The days go by, but they never look alike, and that’s what makes it exciting!\nA wellness account that reimburses expenses related to your well-being, passions, and interests.\nFree 24/7 access to an online healthcare professional and an Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP).\nComprehensive group insurance, including vision and dental care.\nA group RRSP with employer contributions.\nA parental top-up benefit for maternity/paternity leave.\n As a Scrum Master (Agile Lead),you will be responsible for maximizing the value delivered by a delivery team, continuously improving processes, and fostering a high-performing, self-organizing team dynamic within a rapidly evolving product environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDelivery Performance:\nEnsure clear and proactive visibility of actual delivery progress, risks, and dependencies (in collaboration with the PO).\nContribute to implementing mechanisms that support delivery velocity and the achievement of objectives (value creation).\nTrack and analyze delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time) in collaboration with the development team (PO, Team Lead, and developers).\nIn collaboration with the development team, identify delivery risks, drive mitigation plans, and remove obstacles to improve delivery predictability.\nPractice & Continuous Improvement:\nFacilitate Scrum events strategically to support decision-making and team accountability.\nCoach teams in their evolution toward greater autonomy and Agile maturity.\nCollaborate with other Scrum Masters and leaders to evolve delivery practices across the broader IT department.\nProject Management & Coordination:\nIn collaboration with Product Owners, ensure alignment between technical objectives and operational constraints.\nActively contribute to managing dependencies across the Data, AI, DevOps, Backend, and Product teams.\nFacilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.\nContribute to the planning and sequencing of initiatives to maximize delivered value.\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.\nRecognized Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).\nKnowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nAdditional training in Advanced Agile, Lean, Kanban, or Flow Management.\nMinimum of 5 to 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within a technology environment.\nUnderstanding of technical dependency and architecture challenges.\nAbility to navigate between Agile practices and organizational constraints.\nDemonstrated ability to influence delivery performance and improve predictability.\nStrong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a keen sense of priorities.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nBilingualism (French and English).
