Social Media & Content Lead

Join our team as the Social Media & Content Lead, where you'll drive our social media growth through mobile-first video production, creator partnerships, and strategic channel expansion. You'll be responsible for filming and editing high-converting video assets, managing influencer and UGC operations, and launching our presence on platforms like YouTube and Reddit. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer partnerships, and content creation.

Missions

• Concevoir, filmer et monter du contenu vidéo engageant et de haute qualité pour la croissance organique et les partenariats de marque sponsorisés.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des partenariats pour répondre aux briefs des clients et garantir que toutes les livraisons vidéo commerciales respectent les délais et les normes de la marque.
• Gérer l'ensemble du processus de création de contenu, de la négociation avec les influenceurs à la gestion des relations avec les créateurs de contenu généré par les utilisateurs.

Profil recherché

- On & Off Camera: Equally comfortable presenting in front of the camera, interviewing others, or directing external creators behind the scenes

- Expert Creator & Editor: Exceptional skills in producing and editing mobile-first video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.), with a sharp eye for pacing, thumb-stopping hooks, and storytelling

- Commercial Mindset: Strong awareness of how organic engagement, creator content, and social storytelling support direct commercial revenue and business targets

- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on social media and content creation experience in-house or agency

- Platform Native: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reddit cultures, trends, and algorithm mechanics

- Influencer & UGC Savvy: Proven experience sourcing, briefing, and managing influencer partnerships and UGC pipelines
