We help brands like John Deere, Breville, Michelin, and Vodafone move beyond static discounts and loyalty theatre with flexible, API-first incentives that drive real revenue. Built for teams tired of bloated platforms and \"points fatigue,\" Voucherify enables faster experimentation and continuous optimisation across promotions, referrals, loyalty, and rewards.\nWe're founder-led, bootstrapped, and product-obsessed, powering 350+ brands across ecommerce, retail, and digital services. In a crowded, technical category, how we look and sound is a real competitive edge, not decoration.\nWe're looking for a designer who wants to be theperson behind the Voucherify brand. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with a lot of range. One day you're illustrating a campaign hero, the next you're shipping a landing page in Webflow, cutting a short animated clip for LinkedIn, or designing a hoodie people actually want to wear. You'll have real ownership, a direct line to leadership, and the freedom to raise the bar on everything we put out into the world.\nWatch: What (the heck) is Voucherify?\nWhat you'll do\nAs our Brand Designer & Illustrator, you'll be the guardian and evolver of the Voucherify brand. You'll turn a technical, API-first product into visuals that are clear, memorable, and a bit unexpected. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product, but you'll set the visual direction yourself.\nYour responsibilities:\nOwn the brand: Look after and develop our visual identity, including guidelines, illustration style, iconography, and templates, and keep it consistent as we grow.\nCreate performance visuals:Design ad creatives and social media assets across LinkedIn, paid channels, and campaigns, then iterate on them based on what performs.\nShape our website:Contribute to web design in Figma and handle simple builds and updates in Webflow, from landing pages to campaign pages and page refreshes.\nBring things to life in motion:Produce lightweight video and motion formats: short social clips, animated explainers, product teasers, and event visuals.\nDesign marketing and sales collateral:Build reports, whitepapers, ebooks, one-pagers, case studies, decks, and email/CRM templates.\nExtend the brand into the physical world:Create merch, company swag, event booths, and print materials that carry our identity beyond the screen.\nAbout You\nVersatile designer and illustratorwith 2+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or digital design, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.\nFluent in Figma, with hands-on Webflow experience (or a strong willingness to get there fast). You're comfortable designing for the web and implementing simple pages yourself.\nComfortable across formats.Digital, print, video, and merch don't scare you, and you know how to adapt one idea to many.\nCurious about motion. You're at ease with lightweight animation or video editing tools.\nA true owner. You thrive with autonomy, manage your own priorities, and don't wait to be told what good looks like.\nA clear communicatorwho can explain design decisions, push back when needed, and collaborate well with non-designers.\nCompensation & Benefits of working @Voucherify\nAgency:Real ownership of the brand with executive trust. We value autonomy and give you the freedom to do your job your way.\nStability:We are fully bootstrapped and committed to profitability. You and our clients are our only shareholders, which means a healthy work-life balance and long-term security.\nSenior Team:Join a \"small but mighty\" team where your work is visible from day one. You'll get plenty of support during onboarding and have a direct line to company leadership.\nFully Remote:Manage your own schedule. Whether it's a home-cooked lunch or errands between tasks, we care about results, not clock-punching.","description_format":"text","description_chars":4013,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":2,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Artificial Intelligence","Gift Cards & Loyalty Programs","Corporate Events"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-17T23:48:48Z"},{"event":"close","at":"2026-11-05T15:16:51Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":null,"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/voucherify-brand-designer-illustrator","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/voucherify-brand-designer-illustrator.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-06T00:29:01Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":847,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-07T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":173767},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=173767"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fvoucherify-brand-designer-illustrator"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fvoucherify-brand-designer-illustrator"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fvoucherify-brand-designer-illustrator"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/voucherify-brand-designer-illustrator\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fvoucherify-brand-designer-illustrator"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":1016804}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"voucherify.io","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":1016804},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
