growing team.\n\nYou will work with large and complex datasets, transform raw data into meaningful business insights, and develop scalable data models, reports, and dashboards that help our clients strong technical expertise with analytical thinking, enjoys solving complex data challenges, and takes ownership of delivering reliable, high-quality analytical solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAnalyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.\n\nWrite, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.\n\nDesign and maintain analytical data models that support reporting, business intelligence, and advanced analytics.\n\nCollaborate with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions.\n\nPrepare ad-hoc analyses and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.\n\nEnsure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and reliability across datasets, data models, and reports.\n\nWork closely with data engineers to develop and improve data pipelines, transformation processes, and data warehouse structures.\n\nParticipate in the development of modern cloud-based analytics solutions using Databricks and related technologies.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate reporting, optimize data transformations, and improve analytical workflows.\n\nPresent findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nReference: related role.\n\nStrong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.\n\nHands-on experience with at least one BI or data visualization tool, preferably Power BI or Tableau.\n\nExperience designing and working with analytical data models, relational databases, and data warehouse structures.\n\nSolid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data transformation processes.\n\nProven ability to work with large datasets, investigate data quality issues, and deliver accurate analytical results.\n\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical and analytical solutions.\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to explain complex findings to business stakeholders.\n\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\n\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team.\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with Databricks, including notebooks, Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, or Lakehouse architecture.\n\nExperience with Python, particularly Pandas or PySpark, for data manipulation and transformation.\n\nKnowledge of modern analytics engineering practices, including modular SQL transformations, testing, documentation, and version control.\n\nExperience with Microsoft SQL Server and the Microsoft BI ecosystem (SSIS, SSAS, Power BI).\n\nFamiliarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake.\n\nExperience with dimensional data modeling, star schemas, and OLAP concepts.\n\nFamiliarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.\n\nUnderstanding of statistical methods and advanced data analysis techniques.\n\nExperience working directly with
