We don’t rent our infrastructure, we own it, and this sovereign, cost-efficient setup is a core part of what makes Sparteo fast and profitable.\nAs our Senior Platform Engineer, your mission is to design, operate and scale the foundations every Sparteo product relies on. You will take ownership of critical parts of the stack, lead architecture decisions and help the team grow.\nYour Responsibilities & Key Deliverables\nKubernetes Platform\nPlatform Design: Design, implement and operate our Kubernetes platform: networking, ingress, GitOps and configuration management.\n\nAutomation: Own CI/CD pipelines and packaging, with an automation-first approach from provisioning to deployment.\n\nObservability & Reliability\nObservability: Operate our observability stack, with large-scale metrics and log management.\n\nOperational Excellence: Own runbooks and the alerting catalog to keep our platform reliable and our on-call actionable.\n\nData Infrastructure\nData Platforms: Operate our data infrastructure: distributed storage, high-performance analytical and relational databases, and in-memory datastores.\n\nPhysical Infrastructure & Growth\nScaling: Scale our physical infrastructure: server procurement, rack upgrades and network capacity.\n\nCost Efficiency: Contribute to cost optimization across the whole platform.\n\nInternational Expansion: Take part in the expansion of our infrastructure in the US.\n\nTechnical Leadership\nArchitecture: Lead architecture decisions on the platform.\n\nMentorship: Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the team.\n\nYour profile for this job\nExperience: 5+ years in infrastructure / DevOps, with solid production Kubernetes experience, ideally on bare metal.\n\nInfrastructure as Code: An automation-first mindset: provisioning, configuration management, GitOps.\n\nNetworking: Strong networking fundamentals: BGP, L2/L3, load balancing.\n\nData Infrastructure (Nice to have): Experience with distributed storage or large-scale databases.\n\nLow-level Debugging (Nice to have): Instincts for troubleshooting at kernel, network and hardware level.\n\nCommunication: Strong communication with product teams and stakeholders.\n\nLanguages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.\n\n[Location: à confirmer avec Anthony.
