As Program Manager, you’ll make sure they land on time, with clear ownership and measurable results. You’ll report to the Head of Operations and work closely with leaders across Product, Clinical, Operations, Growth and Finance. \nWhat you’ll do: \nOwn end-to-end delivery of Morelife’s priority programs, from scoping and planning through launch and post-launch review\nBuild and maintain program plans, roadmaps, milestones and dependency maps, keeping them current as priorities shift\nCoordinate across Client Experience, Front-line delivery (health practitioners), Marketing and Finance, driving alignment and resolving blockers fast\nDeep-dive into program and contract data regularly to understand current performance, spot trends and risks early, and drive targeted improvement actions\nRun the operating rhythm: weekly program reviews, stakeholder updates, retrospectives and planning cycles\nIdentify, track and mitigate risks, escalating early with clear options and recommendations\nDefine success metrics for each program and own performance against KPIs, reporting progress, budget and outcomes to leadership\nIntroduce lightweight processes, templates and tooling that help the team move faster without adding bureaucracy\nWho you are: \n3+ years of program or project management experience in a high-growth tech, healthcare or consumer business, or in consulting delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects\nOutcome-oriented rather than input-driven\nData-driven, with a desire to drive performance based on what the data is telling you\nHighly organised and disciplined, with a track record of delivering multiple cross-functional programs on time, with clear ownership and outcomes\nStrong interpersonal skills, able to build trust across teams while confidently challenging stakeholders and holding people to commitments\nExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders from individual contributors to executives\nProactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership;
