Translate these into actionable initiatives that balance impact for patients and the business.\nBe the voice of the customer: Deeply understand patient needs, motivations, and barriers. Use insights to shape product features, messaging, and commercial strategy.\nOwn commercial levers: Lead pricing, margin, and LTV strategy.
