Start your Voyage -Apply Now\nGetting to Know the Opportunity:\nThe basic function of this job is to prep returned mail and back-end mail, looking up items as needed in the administration systems. In addition, the position involves scanning documents, logging overnights into an overnight database, and assisting with sorting mail and filing case mail as time permits.\nPlease Note: This position has been designated as an essential worker and requires work to be performed full-time in your assigned office (20 S Marquette Ave Minneapolis, MN).\nThe Contributions You’ll Make:\nPreps returned Mail and front-end documents using barcode coversheet appropriate for the task. This included look-up of information in the administration system as needed. \nLogs contents of overnight packages in the overnight tracking database. \nCounts and batches documents for scanning, making sure tasks are appropriately separated. \nScan documents into the Image system and records batch information. This includes troubleshooting any scanning errors so accurate images move to Indexing and business. \nAssist Mail Services by sorting multiple daily mail drops and filing Case Mail as time permits and volumes dictate. \nOther duties and projects as assigned.\nKnowledge & Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\n1+ yr. experience in office, operations or Imaging/mailroom environment\nAbility to routinely lift/ move 20-50 pounds\nKnowledge operating Imaging and Mail Room equipment\nStrong customer service experience\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize work\nMust possess good organizational skills\nDependable and good team player \nCompensation Pay Disclosure:\nVoya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.\nThe below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed.
