Profile Summary:
Accountable for quality day to day and ongoing account management of an assigned National Account block of clients managed by our National Account Executives.
Profile Description:
- Practices efficiencies within the National Account Team to maintain high level of customer experience and expectations
- Ability to communicate across all levels, including high profile roles, with professionalism, confidence, and presence
- Supporting National Account Executive in ongoing service matters and practicing efforts to create a team unit for the client - an extension of their team
- Responsible for ownership of addressing day to day services needs of assigned clients and providing consistent support while seeking solutions to reduce complexities in day to day client activities
- Identify areas of improvement for clients with high needs and provide education and review of products and systems as necessary
- Recognize and seek opportunities through block analysis and collaboration with National Account Executive to develop detailed action plan
- External relationship management required to create consistent experience for clients and brokers across all levels
- Participates in finalist and stewardship presentations, where appropriate, delivering content as needed to support National Account value proposition and services
Knowledge & Experience:
- Ability to work and interact with high profile clients and respond timely and effectively to client requests
- Account management oriented, responsive, resourceful, quick and efficient, high volume work balance, collaboration, solution driven, proven approaches
- Organized and thoughtful in responses to clients and brokers, addressing details outside of the initial ask when needed, using critical thinking skills.
- Proactively seek and maintain channel of education and reminders to clients to enhance client experience
- Delegate expectations to internal team members to execute efficient problem solving
- Challenges process and creates alignment
Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
