This role drives complex, high-impact initiatives and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready systems that align with enterprise goals.\nProfile Description:\nLead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade systems and/or multiple platforms.\n\nDrive technical strategy, best practices and innovation across teams, ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability.\n\nAct as a key decision-maker in technology evaluations, design patterns, and engineering practices.\n\nPartner with product, infrastructure, security, and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with strategic goals.\n\nMentor senior and lead engineers, cultivating a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.\n\nSolve complex technical challenges involving large-scale data, distributed systems, and cross-domain integrations.\n\nChampion automation, cloud-native development, and observability at the enterprise level.\n\nEffectively represent engineering in executive-level planning and cross-team initiatives.\n\nKnowledge & Experience:\n10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership capacity.\n\nDeep expertise in modern application architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and enterprise systems integration.\n\nTrack record of leading complex technical projects with cross-functional impact.\n\nExtensive experience in mentoring senior and lead engineers.\n\nStrong strategic thinking, communication, and influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nCompensation Pay Disclosure:\nVoya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.\nThe below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives.
