This role will provide day-to-day administration, support users, maintain data quality, and deliver system improvements that help teams manage customer relationships and sales activity effectively.\nThe Salesforce Administrator will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to understand business needs, configure solutions, and promote consistent adoption of Salesforce.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlatform administration: Manage users, licenses, permission sets, sharing settings, and access controls in coordination with IT.\nSystem configuration: Maintain standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and Lightning record pages.\nWorkflow automation: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows to streamline business processes and reduce manual work.\nUser support: Resolve support requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or technical teams when needed.\nData management: Maintain data quality through duplicate prevention, validation, cleanup, and controlled imports and exports.\nReporting: Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline, sales performance, and other business metrics.\nBusiness analysis: Gather requirements, recommend solutions, and manage a prioritized backlog of enhancements.\nChange management: Test changes in sandbox environments, coordinate user acceptance testing, and deploy approved updates.\nRelease readiness: Review Salesforce releases, assess their impact, and communicate relevant changes to users.\nIntegrations: Monitor connected applications and coordinate troubleshooting with integration owners and IT.\nTraining and documentation: Develop user guides, document configurations, and provide onboarding and ongoing training.\nSecurity and governance: Follow company policies for access, data protection, documentation, and system changes.\nRequired Qualifications\nFive or more years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.\nExperience configuring Salesforce objects, permissions, validation rules, and Lightning pages.\nExperience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.\nProficiency with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management tools.\nUnderstanding of CRM concepts and sales processes, including lead, account, contact, and opportunity management.\nAbility to translate business requirements into maintainable Salesforce solutions.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.\nAbility to prioritize support requests and improvement projects independently.\nRelevant education, professional experience, or a combination of both.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Administrator certification.\nExperience supporting Sales Cloud.\nExperience with Salesforce integrations, AppExchange applications, and data migrations.\nFamiliarity with sandbox management, deployment tools, and change control practices.\nExperience supporting cross-functional teams and delivering user training.\nBasic understanding of SOQL and the ability to collaborate with Salesforce developers.\nThe good faith base salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive.
