We’re a company of doers, thinkers and builders, united by purpose and grounded in reality. \nIf you want to put your skills to work where the stakes are real and the mission is bigger than any one person,forge the future with Voyager. \nVoyager Technologies is seeking highly skilled Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our enterprise IT infrastructure reporting to the Director of Infrastructure and is part of the IT Department based in Jefferson, CO.\nThis role is anonsite based IT Support role, supporting our Jefferson, CO, Golden, CO locations as well company-wide remote support. \nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance day-to-day operations with longer-term infrastructure improvementsThe System Administrator for Information Technology is responsible for managing and maintaining our enterprise IT infrastructure.\nResponsibilities: You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems spanning cloud services, endpoint management, identity, networking, and on-premises infrastructure.\nAdminister and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including user lifecycle, licensing, and service health\nManage endpoint configuration and compliance policies using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)\nAdminister Okta for identity and access management, SSO, and MFA policy enforcement\nMaintain and optimize Windows Server and Linux Server environments\nSupport and administer virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent)\nMonitor, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including Fortinet firewalls, switches, and VPNs\nManage Active Directory including group policies, OU structure, user/computer accounts, and trust relationships\nWrite and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)\nDocument systems, procedures, and configurations; maintain up-to-date runbooks\nRespond to and resolve escalated support tickets; participate in on-call rotation as needed\nRequired Qualifications\n5-7 plus years of hands-on experience in a systems administration or IT infrastructure role\nProficiency with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, policy management, and compliance\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Defender)\nExperience administering Okta or a comparable identity provider\nSolid Azure administration skills (Entra ID, resource management, monitoring)\nExperience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar)\nHands-on experience with Fortinet products (FortiGate firewalls, FortiSwitch, FortiClient VPN)\nNetworking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, VPN\nActive Directory administration: GPO, LDAP, DNS integration, user/group management\nWindows Server administration (2016/2019/2022): roles, features, patching, hardening\nLinux server administration (Ubuntu/RHEL/CentOS): package management, services, logging, security\nScripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and tooling\nMust have U.S. Person status required for ITAR/export-control eligibility\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with PKI and certificate lifecycle management (internal CA or third-party providers)\nDomain management including DNS registrar administration, zone management, and domain transfers\nFamiliarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar)\nRelevant certifications: AZ-104, MS-102, Okta Certified Administrator, NSE 4+, MCSA/MCSE\nThe good faith base salary range for this role is$110,000-$145,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive.
