This individual is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of materials and components that support Voyager’s mission-critical engineering programs. This position requires a self-directed professional with strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance The position reports to the Warehouse Manager and is part of the Operations Department. This role is On-Site based in San Diego, CA.\nIn this role, the essential functions are:\nReceive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of materials, parts, and equipment, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips.\nPick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments in compliance with shipping regulations, customer requirements, and program schedules.\nAccurately record inventory transactions in the E2 JobBoss and NetSuite’s system, maintaining real-time stock accuracy for all warehouse locations.\nConduct cycle counts and participates in periodic physical inventory audits; investigate and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.\nOperate pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.\nCoordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Production teams to prioritize allocation within E2, material staging and kitting for active programs.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with 5S standards, ESD handling and company safety policies.\nAssist with the identification and disposition of non-conforming, surplus, or obsolete materials.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse throughput, accuracy, and efficiency.\nIf your experience aligns with our basic qualifications and you are inspired by our mission, we’d like to connect. If you don’t see the right role right now,Join Our Talent Communityand stay connected as we continue to build what’s next. \nAssociate’s degree or vocational certification in logistics or related field preferred.\nMinimum 3-5 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment related to electronic circuit boards.\nDemonstrated proficiency and experience with E2 JobBoss and NetSuite a plus\nStrong attention to detail with a track record of high inventory accuracy and documentation compliance.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.\nSolid written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across cross-functional teams.\nGood understanding of warehouse operations under FAR/DFAR. DCMA warehouse audit experience\nPrior experience mentoring or leading a small warehouse team\nAble to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working in an aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environment.\nExperience with hi-rel EEE component handling and SMT kit preparation.\nFamiliarity with ITAR/EAR compliance requirements for material handling and shipping.\nWorking knowledge of 5S, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies.\nGood understanding of warehouse operations under FAR/DFAR. DCMA warehouse audit experience\nAdditional requirements:\nTravel up to 5%, with the possibility of occasional overnights.\nAbility and willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.\nThe good faith base salary role is $50,000-65,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive.
