The Workday Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation, configuration, and support of the Workday system, ensuring accurate data, smooth business process flow, and timely resolution of user issues. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from any US location.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform routine system configuration changes, including business process updates, security role assignments, and report/dashboard builds\nMonitor and troubleshoot daily system issues, EIB errors, and integration failures; escalate complex architectural issues as needed\nManage system security, including role-based access, segregation of duties, and periodic access audits\nSupport bi-annual Workday release testing, regression testing, and documentation of new features\nBuild and maintain custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields to support HR and Payroll reporting needs\nProcess and audit data loads (EIBs) for mass changes, new hire batches, org restructures, and compensation updates\nServe as first-line support for end users and HRBPs, resolving tickets related to Workday functionality\nMaintain configuration documentation, business process maps, and standard operating procedures\nSupport open enrollment, compensation review cycles, and other seasonal HR processes within Workday\nPartner with the Workday Architect on testing and rollout of larger configuration or integration changes\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n3+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience\nSolid understanding of Workday business process framework, security groups, and report writing\nExperience with EIB loads, calculated fields, and basic troubleshooting of integration issues\nStrong attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive HR/payroll data\nAbility to manage multiple support tickets and configuration requests simultaneously\nPreferred Certifications:\nWorkday Pro certification a plus\nTravel: Occasional annual travel for team events 5-10%\nThe good faith base salary range for this role is $ 80,000-115,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive.
