You are responsible for maintaining the day-to-day administrative operations of the Fleet Services department. This includes processing work orders and vendor invoices, maintaining parts and vehicle inventory, managing vendor relationships and facility operations, and supporting procurement and reporting functions to ensure the effective functioning of all fleet and facility-related activities.\nYour Role\nReporting directly to the Fleet & Assets Manager,\nAdministration\nYou will enter vendor invoices and verify/close repair orders in Fleet Software (e.g., Dossier) \nYou will scan, file, and attach PM and warranty documentation\nYou will maintain and organize physical and digital files\nYou will process vehicle and parts warranty claims\nYou will issue purchase orders and assist with inventory counts\nFleet & Parts Support\nYou will maintain vendor and vehicle files\nYou will establish and manage vendor relationships and service contracts\nYou will order and stock parts and supplies\nYou will negotiate pricing and ensure minimum inventory levels to support operations\nReporting\nYou will prepare month-end and fuel reports\nYou will track mileage, PM status, and out-of-service units\nYou will assist with closing reports and inventory valuations\nOther Duties\nYou will provide backup coverage and support as needed\nYou will pick up and deliver vehicles/parts as required\nYou are available to work Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM\nHourly Wage: $24.00/hr\nRequirements\nYour Profile\n You have obtained completion of secondary school diploma\n Your post-secondary or vocational specific training is an asset\n You have a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally in fleet or maintenance operations\n You have a valid G-class Drivers Licence with a clean drivers abstract\n You can obtain a clean criminal record search\n Your experience with fleet software, such as MIR, would be an advantage \n You have knowledge of warranty or parts \n You have an ability to lift 20lbs regularly\n You are highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities\n You have exceptional Microsoft office 365 experience and skills including Excel, Word and Office\n You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n Benefits\nThe Perks\n We offer assistance in professional development\n We offer a $200 boot allowance\n We offer comprehensive benefits packages for full time employees with an Employee Assistance Program, a great company perks program and an Employee Referral Bonus for all staff\n We are an Award Winning company\n As a subsidiary of Transdev, we provide opportunities for a rewarding career with a growing, global transportation provider\n We focus on innovation and sustainable environmental initiatives\n We support the development, work-life balance and well-being of our employees\n We build a supportive corporate culture that encourages diversity and enables our people to flourish\n We enable our employees to have a positive social impact by deploying sustainable mobility solution\n Voyago is committed to provide accommodation for individuals with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
