closely with Sales and Operations leadership to align hiring priorities, capacity, and execution.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience leading recruitment teams in a high-volume hiring environment, preferably in Sales or Operations.\nStrong hands-on knowledge of direct sourcing, particularly LinkedIn, and structured candidate assessment.\nExperience managing recruitment through performance metrics, hiring forecasts, and funnel analysis.\nStrong people management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to operate independently, make sound decisions, and take full ownership of results.\nExcellent communication skills and fluent English.\nThe Opportunity\nYou will take ownership of an established recruitment function with a clear mandate to improve
