Whether you're shaping how we run the company, leading strategic initiatives or building new organisational rhythms from scratch, your contributions will directly influence the success of Voyfai and the companies we support. If you're passionate about building from scratch and excited to be part of a company on the rise, we'd love to hear from you.\nYour Role\nAs our Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will drive our social media reach to grow our membership. You will attract European and US freight forwarders who join our network and route their Asia-Europe volumes through our procurement hub in Hong Kong, with LinkedIn and WeChat as your key channels, supported by trade press outreach. You are a hands-on executor: you turn goals into content, campaigns and pitches that get results, and you bring ideas of your own. You will report to our Director of Global Network and work closely with our commercial, product and procurement teams. This role is based in Berlin.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn our social media presence, starting with LinkedIn and expanding to WeChat, including content, campaigns and the profiles of our leadership and network team\n\nCreate content built for reach, and adapt it to how each platform's algorithm works\n\nRun campaigns and pitch our story to freight and logistics trade media to bring qualified freight forwarders to the commercial team\n\nWrite presentations, sales pitches and member material together with the commercial and product teams\n\nWork with our Hong Kong procurement team to showcase the strength of our offering\n\nPrepare the marketing material for trade fairs and industry events, such as decks, one-pagers and social posts\n\nBrief and coordinate freelancers or other support where needed\n\nTrack reach, engagement and member growth, and report on results\n\nWhat You Bring\n5 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on social media, ideally in freight, logistics, B2B services, SaaS, membership or network businesses\n\nA proven track record of growing reach and engagement on LinkedIn, organic and paid\n\nExperience in freight, logistics or a similar industry, or a track record of marketing to logistics professionals, ideally including freight forwarder networks or membership organisations\n\nA clear understanding of how social media algorithms work and what drives reach\n\nFluent English with excellent writing and presentation skills, including sales pitches, decks and media pitches\n\nComfort working with AI tools in your daily work\n\nA hands-on, self-driven mindset: you take ownership, define what \"done\" looks like and move work forward without close guidance\n\nStrong collaboration skills: you work with and convince colleagues across teams and time zones\n\nBonus If You Have\nMandarin or Cantonese\n\nExperience preparing material for events or trade fairs\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and equity options\n\nA dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a mission-driven team\n\nFlexible working arrangements (Hybrid, Berlin)\n\n30 days of PTO\n\nRegular team events and offsites\n\nMonthly mobility budget via
