This includes performing maintenance tasks as needed which includes working on equipment, changing parts out, performing PMs, etc.\nWill be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.\nRequirements\nREQUIRED COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:\nMust be proficient in the following areas: preventive maintenance, welding, fabrication, mechanical systems, automotive maintenance, verifying standards of work performed by maintenance Team and third parties, etc. \nProfessional certifications in mechanical engineering, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and construction management.\nPREFERRED COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:\nProfessional certifications in mechanical engineering, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and construction management.\nEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:\nOne (1) year of Plant Management experience.\nTwo (2) to five(5) years of Supervisory experience.\nSome college coursework or professional certification is preferred.\nExperience with pumps, small motors, and filling equipment preferred. \nWelding experience is a plus. Blow Molding equipment experience is a plus.\nHAZMAT training is a plus.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPlant Maintenance Workers\nPhysical Demands:\nRequires heavy lifting.\nRequires Standing for 8-10 hours per day\nRequires Kneeling/Squatting for 4-6 hours per day\nRequires Bending/Stooping for 4-6 hours per day\nRequires use of a Pallet Jack to move palletized containers. Palletized containers weigh about 1,296 lbs.\nRequires lifting and carrying objects that weigh between 36-55 lbs. from 2-4 hours per day.
