Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise\nMinimum 5 years of experience in banking/financial services\nAt least 3 years in Project Management, Transformation, or Process Optimization roles\nExperience in internal transformation programs, operational improvement, or performance management initiatives is preferred\nExperience in large-scale, cross-functional program delivery is an advantage\n3. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise\nStrong understanding of banking operating models (front-middle-back)\nExperience in designing or improving processes, operating models, and governance frameworks\nFamiliar with internal business tools (CRM, SPM, dashboards, reporting systems...)\nGood understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)\n4. Skills\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills\nEffective stakeholder management across multiple functions\nData-driven mindset with a focus on performance and impact\nStrong communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders\n5.
