This role supports the Warehouse Manager, Supervisor /and Production team.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nComply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.\nResponsible for notifying the appropriate departments of any issues related to Warehouse, Shipping, Maintenance, Quality, etc.\nPerform housekeeping duties at work center or as directed by the Lead and/or Manager, i.e., sweep work areas.\nLoad and unload trailers and containers.\nMove, stack and stage product i.e., (boxes, preforms resin, trays).\nPick and pull orders, do receivings and putaways.\nConsolidate partial pallets, raw materials or finished goods in the facility\nVerify Pack IDs\nCount products and materials.\nLock and unlock doors, open and close the yard gate.\nCheck status of machines.\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\nBe able to perform all task and responsabilities of a material handler II.\nMust be able to properly utilize the Ginder.\nMinimum Requirements:\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, identifies, address problems and meet deadlines.\nMust be able to work with minimal supervision.\nSelf-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nMust be able to effectively communicate, read and write in English.\nAbility and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.\nMust be committed to the success of the entire organization.\nPhysical Requirements:\nRequirements include, but are not limited to:\nMust be able to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.\nMust wear Safety Footwear classified as ANZI Z41.\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.\nMust be able to push, pull, twist, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl.\nMay require repetitive motions such as reaching and grasping.\nWork environment is in a warehouse and temperatures inside vary between hot or cold based on the outside conditions. \nThis is a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.\nEducation and/or Experience:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred.\nMust be certified to operate a sit-down, counterbalance, reach truck and/or order picker.\n1 year experience in performing work in a warehouse that requires the use of various warehouse practices.\nMinimum of 1 year of forklift experience.\nExperience with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred.\nWorking knowledge of warehouse / mechanical equipment.\nExperience in the plastic bottle industry or in a manufacturing environment, is desired but not
