This role supports company initiatives, provides training and assists the Quality Control Manager.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nComply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.\nQuality Management: Assure that employees operate consistently within the policies and procedures of VPET USA INC.\nEvaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervisor.\nParticipate in the construction and/or revision of SOPs for the inspection function.\nProvide support to production team when required.\nVisually and physically inspects materials, components, subassemblies, assemblies, tools, and final product configuration using blueprints, sketches, engineering drawings, and orders, and other applicable sources to observe, measure, record conformity to customer, regulatory, and company specifications.\nRecords compliance with quality standards to verify that company products and processes meet customer, company, and other specifications.\nSolves inspection problems; methods-procedures, plans, and details.\nAudits products and processes to verify system.\nMaintains necessary inspection logs and writes inspection reports.\nCommunicate quality problems and work with engineering and leads to support, investigate and resolve the quality issues.\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Requirements:\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, identify, address problems and meet deadlines.\nSelf-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nComputer skills to include Microsoft programs.
