This includes making an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with our guests in a positive and friendly manner and developing a relationship with the client that results in VPNE Parking Solutions being viewed as a Strategic Partner.\nResponsibilities:\nSafety\nEnsures employees and guests are safe at all times.\nIf needed - operates vehicles in a safe manner to minimize the potential for accidents.\nOversees the tracking of keys, and vehicles throughout the garage.\nService\nEnsures all team members are providing exceptional guest experiences to every guest by smiling at, greeting and helping every guest as they enter the garage.\nMaintains garage organization.\nAppearance\nAdheres daily to VPNE appearance standards\nEnforces correct uniform, shaves, hair, etc. with team members\nRevenue Control\nDevelops and maintains a strong revenue control program\nRegularly audits location\nReviewing DCR’s daily\nAdministration\nStaffing: Hours/OT\nKnow and understand billing\nReview financials\nVISA Expense Reports for Corporate Card submitted correctly and on time\nMeets all deadlines\nMajor Challenges:\nProblem-solving\nDifficult customer\nConflicts among team members\nPatience\nQualifications: \nEducational Requirements: BA in Business Administration or related field preferred\nLanguage Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written\nYears of Experience: 5 - 7 years' progressive responsibility in operation in parking, hospitality or a related field\n\nJobholder Requirements:\nOverly friendly;
