Business Improvement & AI Enablement\nLead process redesign and optimization initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities for AI adoption, automation, digitalization, and simplification.\nFacilitate cross-functional workshops to redesign ways of working and enhance customer and employee experience.\nSupport business teams in identifying and scaling AI-driven use cases. Stakeholder & Portfolio Management\nCoordinate initiative owners and key stakeholders across the organization.\nPrepare executive presentations, performance reviews, and portfolio updates.\nDrive accountability, transparency, and execution discipline.
