Working closely with the Head of Japan Growth and cross-functional teams, you will help coordinate partnerships, manage project execution, support contract processes, and ensure key initiatives move forward efficiently.\nThis is a part-time contract position designed for someone who enjoys both relationship management and operational execution. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who can independently manage tasks, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and help drive projects forward in a fast-moving environment.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate with domestic and international partners, creators, and internal stakeholders to support ongoing business initiatives.\n\nSupport partnership development and alliance management activities, including communications, scheduling, and follow-up actions.\n\nAssist with contract drafting, review coordination, execution tracking, and related administrative processes.\n\nManage project timelines, meeting logistics, action items, and operational workflows across multiple initiatives.\n\nPrepare meeting notes, presentations, reports, and other business materials.\n\nCommunicate and collaborate with global teams in English to ensure alignment across regions.\n\nSupport events, activations, collaborations, and partner programs in Japan.\n\nConduct market research, competitive analysis, and administrative support as needed.\n\nExperience, Skills & Qualifications\nRequired\n4-5 years of professional business experience\n\nExperience coordinating with partners, vendors, or external stakeholders\n\nExperience supporting contract-related processes and business operations\n\nNative-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\n\nProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and follow-through\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nPreferred\nExperience in startups or small, fast-moving teams\n\nExperience in entertainment, gaming, XR, creator economy, or IP-related industries\n\nExperience working with international teams and cross-cultural stakeholders\n\nFamiliarity with VRChat, virtual worlds, creator platforms, or UGC ecosystems\n\nWorking Style\nPart-time contract position\n\nApproximately 30-40 hours per month\n\nAvailability for weekday daytime meetings required\n\nOccasional in-person meetings with partners,
