So entstehen im Zusammenspiel mit den Führungskräften der Business- und Service-Units Entscheidungen auf einer fundierten und nachvollziehbaren Basis.\nDas erwartet dich im Detail:\nErstellung monatlicher Reports sowie Analyse, Einordnung und Interpretation von Kennzahlen und Abweichungen inklusive Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen für Management, Business- und Service-Units\nSteuerung von Forecasts und frühzeitiges Erkennen von Chancen und Risiken\nFührung von Controlling-Gesprächen auf Augenhöhe mit klaren Impulsen und Einforderung von Entscheidungen\nWeiterentwicklung unserer Controlling-Instrumenten, Prozessen und Systemen mit Fokus auf Automatisierung und Effizienz\nAktive Mitgestaltung von Planungsprozessen sowie Mitwirkung an Budgetplanungen, Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen\nDas bringst du mit:\nMehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Dienstleistungs-Controlling, idealerweise in einer beratenden oder businessnahen Rolle\nSehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z. B.
