posts, carousels, and banners for campaigns.\nMaintain brand consistency across all visuals.\nCollaborate with the marketing team to visualize ideas and campaigns effectively.\n\nBasic Video Editing: \nCreate short promotional and explainer videos for campaigns and websites.\nEdit reels, testimonials, and motion graphics using simple tools (e. g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc. ).\n\nBrand and Asset Management: \nMaintain the design asset library and ensure timely updates to visuals.\nSupport content and marketing teams with design requirements for ads, emailers, and landing pages.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in UI/UX or creative design.\nProficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar for UI design.\nSkilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (for quick social media work).\nBasic knowledge of video editing tools like CapCut, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.\nUnderstanding visual hierarchy, color theory, and design systems.\nStrong portfolio showcasing UI designs and creative visual assets.\n\nPreferred Traits: \nCreative thinker with attention to detail and brand alignment.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to handle multiple design requests under deadlines.\nAwareness of current design trends and digital marketing
