The Technical Lead will own technical execution, make architecture and implementation decisions, contribute directly to critical areas of the codebase, guide the engineering team and work closely with client stakeholders. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOwn solution architecture and end-to-end technical delivery.\n\nTranslate business requirements into solution designs, API contracts, data flows and implementation plans.\n\nDefine application architecture, coding standards, reusable patterns and engineering practices.\n\nMake technical decisions covering frontend, backend, integrations, security, performance, scalability and maintainability.\n\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies and non-functional requirements early.\n\nBuild responsive, accessible and high-performing interfaces using React.js and Next.js.\n\nDesign secure, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.\n\nContribute directly to complex features and critical areas of the codebase.\n\nConduct design and code reviews and provide constructive technical guidance.\n\nLead client discussions, requirement clarifications, solution walkthroughs and delivery updates.\n\nBreak down requirements, support estimation and guide frontend, backend and full-stack engineers.\n\nResolve technical blockers, monitor delivery risks and mentor engineers. \n\nRequired Skills and Experience \n\nNext.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript\n\nModern React patterns, state management and component architecture\n\nServer-side rendering, static generation, routing and frontend performance\n\nRESTful APIs and backend service development\n\nAuthentication, authorization, RBAC, API security and secure coding\n\nRelational and NoSQL databases, data modelling and caching\n\nThird-party platform and external API integrations\n\nGit workflows, CI/CD, automated testing and code-quality controls\n\nCloud-based application deployment\n\nMicroservices, modular monoliths and event-driven
