This role handles complex engine tasks, including case repairs and preservation activities, and carries out independent inspections under EASA Part 145 standards. The position requires strong technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of the team.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nPerform maintenance tasks on aircraft engines in accordance with approved maintenance data, including OEM manuals and company procedures. \nConduct disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, and reassembly of engine parts and assemblies in line with regulatory and company requirements. \nConduct compressor top and bottom case repairs in accordance with engine maintenance manuals and approved technical data. Perform engine preservation activities in line with approved maintenance data and customer requirements. \nCarry out borescope inspections (BSI) as authorised.\nPerform pre-assembly checks (PAC) to verify component condition, configuration, and documentation prior to build.\nCarry out independent inspections and exercise company certification privileges within approved authorisation limits, including use of an issued certification stamp where applicable.\nConduct or support engine ground runs as authorised under company procedures.\nInterpret technical documentation, including engine manuals, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives.\nAccurately complete work cards, task cards, and associated technical records.\nEnsure all tooling and equipment are used and controlled in accordance with company procedures.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:\nSecond level education or equivalent.\n5 years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance or similar work.
